Welsh Government, the Senedd and local authorities have declared climate and nature emergencies, both of which need to be addressed simultaneously and with urgency. The development of large-scale renewables is a crucial component in tackling climate change; but the way projects are developed, and who benefits from them, is also of great importance.

Our strategy is aligned with the Future Generations Act Goals and Ways of Working to ensure our projects create prosperity whilst delivering sustainability.

We will deliver projects that use the best scientific evidence to mitigate impact where it is unavoidable, and improve and enhance habitats wherever possible. We want our projects to help deliver a nature-positive and net-zero future.
